Warm Weather Shipping Notice: Our candles are sensitive to high temperatures and may soften or melt during transit in the hotter summer months. We recommend retrieving your package as soon as possible upon delivery and avoiding prolonged exposure to heat. While we are not responsible for heat-related damage during shipping, we will always do our best to make it right—please don’t hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues.
In the unlikely event that your candle arrives damaged or broken, we will gladly offer a replacement or issue a refund.
